Layout Design

The facility adopts a U-shaped workflow layout, with raw material intake and finished product output positioned at opposite ends to eliminate cross-contamination risks. Functional zones are connected via logistical corridors, ensuring complete separation of personnel and material traffic.

  • Hot Processing Zone: 4 Shunxiang intelligent cooking robots + 2 combi steam-ovens
  • Packaging Zone: 2 modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) machines + 1 vacuum packaging machine
  • Cold Chain Zone: Smart cold storage (dual-temperature zone) + blast chiller

Digitalization Highlights

Full IoT coverage across the facility with 16 monitoring points, enabling real-time data collection on energy consumption, temperature control, and production output. The system integrates seamlessly with the client's existing ERP platform.
